Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in culinary or food and beverage field
- OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 years experience in culinary or food and beverage field
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- ability to manage kitchen operations and staff
- experience with budget and payroll management
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead and manage daily kitchen operations

- prepare and cook food items according to specifications
- oversee customer service standards and guest satisfaction
