Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited institution in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years relevant experience in culinary or food and beverage
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work full time
  • Commitment to hospitality excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years culinary or food and beverage experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field with 2 years experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff
  • Experience managing kitchen operations and budgets
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations
  • Manage and coach kitchen staff and direct reports
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
  • Develop and design new culinary ideas and food presentations
  • Oversee purchasing, receiving, and food storage processes
  • Prepare and cook foods as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction support
