Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to perform duties in employees' absence
  • knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage budgeting and staffing levels
  • experience with payroll administration and labor management systems

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
  • minimum 4 years experience in culinary or food and beverage industry or 2 years with related degree
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to manage budgets and schedules

Job Duties
