Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related area
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years culinary or related experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel and Restaurant Management with 2 years related experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong culinary and food safety knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in budget management and cost control

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise culinary team while performing kitchen duties
  • Manage all day-to-day kitchen operations and employee shifts
  • Ensure compliance with food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Develop new culinary applications and oversee food quality and presentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service by coaching employees and improving service performance
  • Manage purchasing, receiving, and storage of food products
  • Participate in human resources functions including training, payroll, and employee evaluations
