Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of operational experience in technical, healthcare or business environment OR 9+ years operational experience in technical, healthcare or business environment without degree
- Experience in an operations leadership role

Job Duties
- Lead cross-functional teams in all aspects of performance management to drive the execution and achievement of business objectives
- Serve as region representative and point of contact/subject matter expert to USCAN for various operational and growth initiatives
- Direct manager for Region Ops Specialists and Field Support Specialists
- Mentor, coach and develop operational leaders within the region
- Develop and maintain operational audit checklists for FSS team, providing feedback and 1:1 coaching where audit results indicate operational improvement areas
- Lead Core business team calls, sharing best practices and facilitating team culture
- Drive Daily Down Systems actions and tracking to ensure visibility to mission critical down systems at top accounts
- Lead inventory management to meet financial and operational targets, manage aged inventory, reserve risk mitigation, strategic parts and warehouses, NCC/PCC reports
- Lead Daily Down Systems parts backorder process and escalate mission critical systems at top accounts
- Manage FSL and CSL strategic parts warehouses and customer stocking and inventory requests
- Drive parts return rigor through oversight and ongoing field education and outlier reviews
- Oversee tool compliance including ordering and returns
- Manage operations and payments of storage facilities, fleet management, pilot warehouse payments, SSP POs
- Manage in-house parts ordering, returning, and tracking, interfacing directly with customers
- Manage inventory exceptions and work with SOIT teams to clear parts
- Drive FMI and recall execution at the region level
- Partner with PCS Ops to help drive PCS FMI execution
- Monitor recall/FMI quality and documentation
- Provide Level 2 FMI support in region including kits, documentation, and escalations
- Approve PM exemptions, implement new business PMs, load/reschedule and optimize PMs, prepare monthly PM look-ahead reports
- Drive USCAN quality program initiatives and support internal and external audits
- Lead 2579/EPE rigor and compliance efforts with quality-required documentation
- Lead CAPA actions at region level
- Manage PM Wear Parts burndown reporting, exception requests, and overall process in region
- Conduct PM Wear Parts monthly data scrubs for all markets, SR creation and review, and ordering for FEs
- Ensure Rad Badge and EHS/Quality Training metrics through DMS KPIs
- Follow up on PQM and ARC defect mitigation
- Reconcile and track DI/HTM VC exception requests and metric discrepancies and support PCS VC exceptions
