Job Duties
- Lead cross-functional teams in all aspects of performance management to drive the execution and achievement of business objectives
- serve as region representative and point of contact to USCAN for operational and growth initiatives
- direct manager for Region Ops Specialists and Field Support Specialists
- mentor, coach and develop operational leaders within the region
- develop and maintain operational audit checklists for FSS team
- lead Core business team calls sharing best practices
- drive Daily Down Systems actions and tracking for mission critical systems
- lead Inventory Management driving pacing to financial and operational targets
- manage aged inventory and reserve risk mitigation
- lead Daily Down Systems parts backorder process
- manage strategic parts warehouses and customer inventory requests
- drive parts return rigor through field education and reviews
- oversee tool compliance including ordering and returns
- manage operations and payments of storage facilities and fleet management
- manage in-house parts ordering and tracking
- manage inventory exceptions working with SOIT teams
- drive FMI and recall execution at the region level
- partner with PCS Ops to drive FMI execution
- monitor recall and FMI quality and documentation
- provide Level 2 FMI support including kits and escalations
- approve PM exemptions and implement new business PMs
- lead PM loading, rescheduling, and optimization
- generate monthly PM look-ahead reports
- drive USCAN Quality Program initiatives and support audits
- lead 2579/EPE rigor and compliance
- lead CAPA actions at region level
- manage PM Wear Parts burndown reporting and exception requests
- conduct monthly PM Wear Parts data scrubs
- ensure Rad Badge and EHS/Quality training metrics
- follow up on PQM and ARC defect mitigation
- reconcile and track DI/HTM VC exceptions and support PCS VC exceptions
