Job Requirements
- 3+ years of seafood sales experience
- Availability beyond working hours to respond to emails, calls, texts
- Outgoing and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Driver’s license
- Professional attire
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Mandarin bilingual preferred
- Customer-oriented
- Highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results
Job Duties
- Reach out and develop new and existing relationships with local restaurants
- Study each customer’s menu to better assist and suggest essential products
- Regularly interact with customers to provide information about product availability quality, and prices, by visiting or calling during the day or evening
- Travel and visit out-of-town customers as needed to introduce and sell products
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from sales activity
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Respond to all management requests as needed
- Educate customers on how the products or services can benefit them
- Knowledge of Japanese products and seafood items
