Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales tools administration
- At least 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration
- Hands-on configuration experience with major sales tools beyond CRM such as SalesLoft, CPQ, Conga, DocuSign, ZoomInfo
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales workflows, and SaaS selling motions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective tool configurations
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities

- Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent) is ideal
- Experience with tool integrations and APIs
- Exposure to project management in a Sales Operations or RevOps context
- Background supporting tool rollouts, pilots, and change management initiatives
Job Duties
- Administer and configure core sales tools such as Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, CPQ, DocuSign, Conga, Gong, and Highspot including user profiles, permissions, workflows, automations, and data integrity maintenance
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support, investigating complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes
- Support pilots and rollouts of new tools and features, coordinating technical setup, configuration, UAT, and feedback collection
- Oversee integrations and data flows between sales tools, CRM, and adjacent business systems
- Ensure governance and compliance across all sales technologies by maintaining accurate license inventories, managing provisioning, and adhering to security and data handling protocols
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Enablement, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure tools are reliable, well-integrated, and aligned with sales policies and corporate governance
- Contribute to seller experience and efficiency by delivering scalable, thoughtful enhancements without always relying on consultants or external resources
