Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in group sales or event sales within luxury hospitality is highly preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, market segmentation, and revenue management principles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events

Job Duties

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and develop relationships with corporate, leisure, and event clients to drive group sales revenue
  • Create and present customized proposals and contracts tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate group sales agreements, ensuring profitability and alignment with the resort's revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including catering, events, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of group events and services
  • Conduct site visits and sales presentations, showcasing the resort's unique amenities and offerings
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target high-potential markets and achieve sales objectives
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, sales activity, and pipeline updates
