Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality sales
  • experience in group sales or event sales within luxury hospitality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and develop relationships with corporate, leisure, and event clients to drive group sales revenue
  • create and present customized proposals and contracts tailored to client needs
  • negotiate group sales agreements, ensuring profitability and alignment with the resort's revenue goals
  • collaborate with internal teams, including catering, events, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of group events and services
  • conduct site visits and sales presentations, showcasing the resort's unique amenities and offerings
  • develop and implement strategic sales plans to target high-potential markets and achieve sales objectives
  • maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, sales activity, and pipeline updates
  • monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness
  • provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to the Director of Sales, including insights on key wins and opportunities
