Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of experience in hotel sales management
  • experience working with large properties with 600+ guest rooms
  • proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • familiarity with Delphi FDC preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales management experience
  • proven success in managing large hotel or resort sales
  • experience with corporate and association market segments
  • strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • knowledge of Delphi FDC software preferred
  • ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans
  • customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships

Job Duties

  • Research, solicit and generate new leads for group opportunities
  • represent the hotel in key market segments and maintain existing relationships
  • develop and execute business strategies based on market trends
  • negotiate contracts and commission agreements
  • conduct site inspections tailored to client needs
  • engage in outside sales calls and industry events
  • maintain updated sales pipeline and business plans
