Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field
- minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent problem-solving skills
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- proven experience in group sales or hotel sales

- ability to conduct site inspections and deliver presentations

- proficiency in sales and customer relationship management software

Job Duties
- achieve group revenue goals by responding to incoming group and catering leads that align with peak room parameters
- actively solicit new and existing accounts through outbound calls, sales calls, site inspections, and written communication
- prepare customer correspondence, internal reports, and maintain accurate sales files
- attend and participate in RevMax meetings, pre-convention meetings, training sessions, and sales-related meetings
- represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and community functions
- collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to drive sales strategies
