Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum four years hotel sales experience
  • Local market knowledge preferred
  • Experience managing to brand standards
  • Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
  • General knowledge of contract laws
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Delphi, and/or Opera
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed due to business volume or group needs

Job Duties

  • Serve as authority on sales processes, contracts, and sales platforms, liaise for hotel collaboration
  • Achieve market share and revenue goals by working with Director of Sales on individual and team goals within assigned market segments
  • Exemplify excellent written and oral communication skills with stakeholders including ownership and operational partners
  • Collaborate with GM in development and implementation of business strategies aligned with RHGA's mission, vision, values, and strategies
  • Create 100% guest satisfaction by delivering the Radisson experience with standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
  • Manage Sales Coordinator duties, delegation, and training
  • Perform duties required by Management to ensure guest satisfaction and genuine hospitality
  • Drive sales initiatives including managing RFPs, generating leads, and negotiating client requests while delegating responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to align with industry trends and maintain client loyalty
  • Attend networking events, participate in community involvement, and act as brand advocate for hotel service
