Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum four years hotel sales experience
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Experience managing to brand standards
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- General knowledge of contract laws
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Delphi, and/or Opera
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed due to business volume or group needs

Job Duties
- Serve as authority on sales processes, contracts, and sales platforms, liaise for hotel collaboration
- Achieve market share and revenue goals by working with Director of Sales on individual and team goals within assigned market segments
- Exemplify excellent written and oral communication skills with stakeholders including ownership and operational partners
- Collaborate with GM in development and implementation of business strategies aligned with RHGA's mission, vision, values, and strategies
- Create 100% guest satisfaction by delivering the Radisson experience with standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
- Manage Sales Coordinator duties, delegation, and training
- Perform duties required by Management to ensure guest satisfaction and genuine hospitality
- Drive sales initiatives including managing RFPs, generating leads, and negotiating client requests while delegating responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to align with industry trends and maintain client loyalty
- Attend networking events, participate in community involvement, and act as brand advocate for hotel service
