Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting with or without accommodations
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent hotel experience
  • Previous experience in sales or related positions
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Familiarity with hotel sales operations and group booking processes
  • Certification in sales or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties

  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities
  • Manage and respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries
  • Negotiate and execute group contracts
  • Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure successful event execution
  • Communicate client expectations clearly to internal teams
  • Support overall sales strategy and meet revenue goals
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales
