Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting with or without accommodations
- Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent hotel experience
- Previous experience in sales or related positions
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with hotel sales operations and group booking processes
- Certification in sales or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities
- Manage and respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries
- Negotiate and execute group contracts
- Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure successful event execution
- Communicate client expectations clearly to internal teams
- Support overall sales strategy and meet revenue goals
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales
