Job Duties
- Assign additional market segments
- work closely with revenue management and marketing to develop strategies to maximize REV/PAR and grow market share
- maintain and promote teamwork with effective and clear communication
- ensure hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals
- follow and track company cross-sell procedures
- create a focus on attracting new business
- lead on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships
- execute and support operational aspects of business booked such as generating proposals, writing contracts, and managing customer correspondence
