Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in hotel sales or related field
  • Residency in San Diego or Southern California
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel 4-6 times per year for business purposes

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a senior sales manager or director of national accounts
  • Successful track record in a fast-paced hotel environment consistently exceeding sales goals
  • Experience in luxury resort sales or large complex hotels
  • Residency within San Diego or Southern California region
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong selling, negotiating, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties

  • Drive hotel revenue through proactive sales efforts
  • Manage key accounts and develop strategic business plans
  • Identify, qualify, and solicit new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present effective sales proposals
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations for prospective clients
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills
  • Collaborate with sales, catering, and administrative teams to support operations
