Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in hotel sales or related field
- Residency in San Diego or Southern California
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel 4-6 times per year for business purposes
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a senior sales manager or director of national accounts
- Successful track record in a fast-paced hotel environment consistently exceeding sales goals
- Experience in luxury resort sales or large complex hotels
- Residency within San Diego or Southern California region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong selling, negotiating, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Job Duties
- Drive hotel revenue through proactive sales efforts
- Manage key accounts and develop strategic business plans
- Identify, qualify, and solicit new business opportunities
- Prepare and present effective sales proposals
- Conduct site inspections and presentations for prospective clients
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills
- Collaborate with sales, catering, and administrative teams to support operations
