Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience with store operational duties
- Experience selling wireless or mobile products highly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish both written and spoken preferred
- Leadership experience ideal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a service-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist with troubleshooting and device activation
- Computer literacy and aptitude for learning new communication products
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Job Duties
- Ensure inventory accuracy by performing inventory cycle counts, stock replenishment, and store audits
- Merchandise store according to planogram and corporate guidelines
- Manage store-to-store transfers, returns, and receiving activities
- Assist with special event execution, including marketing support and inventory planning
- Assess escalated wireless issues and provide technical solutions
- Support post-purchase onboarding, device activation, and content transfers
- Reach out to customers for in-store pickup and handle return and exchange issues
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management for order fulfillment and variance requests
- Stay current with new products and technologies through training
- Guide accessory performance and sales
- Meet store sales and retention targets
- Provide coaching to Solutions Specialists and serve as product knowledge expert
- Open and close the store as Manager on Duty when necessary
