Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of sales, catering, and/or events experience in full-service hotel
- Working knowledge of Delphi is highly preferred
- Flexible scheduling for onsite events
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
- Valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of sales, catering, and/or events experience within a full-service hotel
- Working knowledge of Delphi software is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
- Experience in strategic business planning and market analysis
- Flexibility to work onsite events as needed
Job Duties
- Research and generate new leads for group opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts
- Represent the hotel in developing market segments and maintaining client relationships
- Develop business strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to meet sales goals
- Organize, plan, and prioritize duties with clear goals and plans
- Communicate timely with internal and external clients via telephone, email, and in person
- Create and maintain client relationships to set and meet expectations
- Demonstrate strong sales, communication, and networking skills to qualify, negotiate, and secure new revenue
- Apply strong sales skills to differentiate Hilton and create customer value
- Demonstrate mastery of prospecting processes and prepare call strategies
- Understand customer and business leader expectations during negotiations
