Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant safety management experience
- Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to mobilize between multiple project sites
- Strong observational and reporting skills
- Mandatory drug testing clearance
- Full-time availability for a one-year contract
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of safety management experience, ideally in an Owners Representative capacity
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and safety reporting tools
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional and articulate demeanor
Job Duties
- Serve as the dedicated on-site safety representative for the owner
- Work with General Contractors to ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Conduct daily evaluations and observations of ongoing construction activities
- Document findings and deliver actionable insights through detailed reports
- Participate in and contribute to safety and project coordination meetings
- Travel between different project sites as required
