Job Requirements

  • 5+ years leadership experience in large organizations
  • 5+ years experience in health and safety risk assessments and program auditing
  • 3+ years in safety culture program development
  • 3+ years experience analyzing safety data
  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
  • Must pass Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment
  • Must comply with Boeing’s Drug Free Workplace policy
  • Ability to work 100% onsite
  • Employment eligibility without need for visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years leadership experience driving cultural transformation and safety initiatives
  • Experience in health and safety risk assessments and program management
  • Experience developing and supporting safety culture programs
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and performance measurement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with union labor and knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred
  • Proficiency with digital safety management systems and predictive analytics preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership for safety initiatives across all shifts and trade groups
  • Drive inclusive safety culture and hold leaders and individuals accountable for safety
  • Collaborate with EHS and other functions to support safety initiatives
  • Design and implement safety accountability frameworks
  • Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in inspections
  • Maintain and report key safety metrics and communicate progress
  • Drive behavior-based safety initiatives, leadership coaching, and frontline supervisor development
  • Manage safety budgets, equipment, and propose risk-reducing investments
