Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or 2-year degree with 2 years experience
- Ability to lead teams and manage operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in monitoring compliance with standards and procedures
- Capability to review financial data and implement cost reduction strategies
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple departments simultaneously
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest satisfaction practices
Job Duties
- Manage the execution of all operations in rooms area departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping
- Lead specific team to meet or exceed property goals
- Create and nurture a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by being readily available and approachable to guests
- Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct interviews and assist in making hiring decisions
