Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or 2-year degree with 2 years experience
  • Ability to lead teams and manage operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in monitoring compliance with standards and procedures
  • Capability to review financial data and implement cost reduction strategies
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple departments simultaneously
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest satisfaction practices

Job Duties

  • Manage the execution of all operations in rooms area departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping
  • Lead specific team to meet or exceed property goals
  • Create and nurture a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service by being readily available and approachable to guests
  • Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct interviews and assist in making hiring decisions
