Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of revenue management leadership experience
  • Proven experience and understanding of distribution and total revenue optimization marketing
  • Knowledge of administrative business processes, forecasting and budgeting
  • Preferably hospitality industry experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of revenue management leadership experience
  • Proven experience in distribution, marketing, administrative processes, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Strong understanding of total revenue optimization strategies
  • Experience in hospitality or related service industry preferred
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor others
  • Proficiency with Revenue Management Systems (RMS) tools
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills

Job Duties

  • Support and execute total revenue optimization strategies across assigned properties
  • Collaborate with the Area Director of Revenue and corporate commercial leaders
  • Drive total revenue and profitability through strategic pricing and forecasting
  • Manage weekly RevMAX meetings and ensure clear communication of revenue strategies
  • Utilize RMS tools to create effective revenue management strategies
  • Oversee OTA account performance and visibility
  • Mentor revenue management hosts and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making
