Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
  • 2+ years of relevant front-of-house or back-of-house experience
  • previous experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreement preferred
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • previous experience in high-volume restaurant or buffet environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversees and leads daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations including budgets, productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and menu and marketing strategy development
  • Leads FOH and BOH teams focusing on mentorship, training, and succession planning while upholding company’s diversity commitment
  • Owns execution of food and beverage and company-wide initiatives and represents restaurant in divisional, property, or corporate meetings
  • Promotes a collaborative culture focused on service excellence and quality between kitchen and dining room
  • Executes and enforces company policies, procedures, and training programs ensuring adherence to employment laws and company standards
  • Interacts with guests to gauge satisfaction and manages feedback channels addressing concerns promptly
  • Maintains compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Oversees recipe consistency, menu specifications, and delivery standards with culinary team
  • Drives innovation in menu offerings aligned with brand identity and guest preferences
  • Oversees execution of banquet and special event orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Oversees staff performance, scheduling, and training
  • manages cost controls and health standards
