  • AAA 4 Diamond or Forbes 4 Star restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Hands on management of restaurants and bars
  • Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage operations team
  • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
  • Ensure all situations are handled with our values in mind - Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Empowerment
  • Maintain high Food & Beverage standards
  • Creatively generate revenue
  • Maximize profitability through effective cost control and labor management
