Job Duties
- Hands on management of restaurants and bars
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage operations team
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Ensure all situations are handled with our values in mind - Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Empowerment
- Maintain high Food & Beverage standards
- Creatively generate revenue
- Maximize profitability through effective cost control and labor management
