Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing teams
  • Knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
  • Proficient computer skills with common office software and point of sale systems
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications such as Alcohol ServSafe and Food Safety Manager
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or similar role
  • Experience in a high-volume establishment with budget management, cost control, inventory oversight, and profit and loss understanding
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
  • Financial acumen and proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
  • Ability to obtain Alcohol ServSafe and Food Safety Manager certifications
  • Capacity to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all areas of the restaurant alongside the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor
  • Hire, train, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
  • Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks including ordering, inventory, scheduling, and operational reporting
  • Continuously monitor the point of sale system, checking for errors, price variations, and accuracy
  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to implement operational improvements and achieve financial goals
