  • A minimum of two years full service, high volume casual dining restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
  • conduct daily briefings on important matters
  • manage repair and maintenance issues
  • oversee Restaurant Risk Review audit process and implement changes
  • manage local marketing, sales building, and community involvement
  • facilitate and participate in Continued Education Program
  • exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • ensure 100% compliance with company policies and laws
  • recommend team member development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
  • make hiring and termination recommendations
  • cooperate with Team Member Relations and management on inquiries
  • ensure safety and sanitation
  • monitor food and beverage quality and execution
  • conduct quarterly food reviews
  • prepare and receive food and beverage orders
  • conduct weekly inventories
  • monitor and validate daily prep production
  • coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
  • facilitate team member recognition
  • train, coach, and develop team members for Gold Standard service
  • manage guest relations and recovery
