- A minimum of two years full service, high volume casual dining restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
- conduct daily briefings on important matters
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee Restaurant Risk Review audit process and implement changes
- manage local marketing, sales building, and community involvement
- facilitate and participate in Continued Education Program
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure 100% compliance with company policies and laws
- recommend team member development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
- make hiring and termination recommendations
- cooperate with Team Member Relations and management on inquiries
- ensure safety and sanitation
- monitor food and beverage quality and execution
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- conduct weekly inventories
- monitor and validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
- facilitate team member recognition
- train, coach, and develop team members for Gold Standard service
- manage guest relations and recovery
