Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the front-of-house operations including supervising service staff
  • Ensure excellent guest service is delivered consistently
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining room environment
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Resolve customer complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Assist with inventory management including ordering supplies and vendor relationships
  • Train and mentor new hires providing ongoing coaching and support
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Oversee social media efforts and manage guest feedback reviews
  • Manage employee schedules and time off requests
