Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
  • Supervises daily food and beverage shift operations and monitors compliance with all policies, standards and procedures
  • Analyzes financial performance to find cost-saving opportunities, ensures restaurant profitability, forecasts financial needs and provides detailed reports to management
  • Supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
  • Operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunctions
  • Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs and financial objectives
  • Ensures compliance with SOPs in all outlets
  • Assists in menu planning and preparation
  • Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
  • Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in their absence
  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
  • Checks staffing levels and ensures all employees are in uniform and on time
  • Monitors staff to ensure all guests receive attentive care
  • Manages inventory to ensure necessary ingredients are stocked
  • Coordinates cleaning programs in all food and beverage areas, identifies trends and recommends improvements
  • Supports servers as needed in taking orders, running food, clearing tables and greeting guests
