Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum functional experience - 2 years of experience in positions that include recruiting and filling positions
- experience recruiting for culinary roles
- proficiency with applicant tracking systems and customer relationship management systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for culinary roles such as executive chefs, culinary directors, chef managers, regional chef managers
- experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations is a plus
- proficiency with ATS and CRM systems
- exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- proactive, self-driven approach with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to execute a seamless recruiting process
- source, engage, and inspire top culinary talent both active and passive candidates
- leverage innovative sourcing strategies, social platforms, and industry networks to attract the best chefs
- develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future needs
- act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends and talent availability
