Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum functional experience - 2 years of experience in positions that include recruiting and filling positions
  • experience recruiting for culinary roles
  • proficiency with applicant tracking systems and customer relationship management systems
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for culinary roles such as executive chefs, culinary directors, chef managers, regional chef managers
  • experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations is a plus
  • proficiency with ATS and CRM systems
  • exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • proactive, self-driven approach with ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to execute a seamless recruiting process
  • source, engage, and inspire top culinary talent both active and passive candidates
  • leverage innovative sourcing strategies, social platforms, and industry networks to attract the best chefs
  • develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future needs
  • act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends and talent availability
