Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum functional experience - 2 years of experience recruiting for culinary roles including executive chefs, culinary directors, chef managers, regional chef managers
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and customer relationship management systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations is a plus

- Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, self-driven approach
Job Duties
- Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to execute a seamless recruiting process
- Source, engage, and inspire top culinary talent both active and passive candidates
- Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, social platforms, and industry networks to attract the best chefs
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future needs
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends and talent availability
