Job Requirements

Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade
Two years of customer service experience or experience comparable to a Recreation Leader II with the City of Brentwood
Possession of valid American Red Cross Adult/Pediatric First Aid/CPR and AED certification at time of hire
Availability to work Saturdays
Ability to work in outdoor event settings
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade
Two years of customer service experience or experience comparable to a Recreation Leader II with the City of Brentwood
Possession of valid American Red Cross Adult/Pediatric First Aid/CPR and AED certification at time of hire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to enforce policies diplomatically
Experience working in public or community service environments
