Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in handling phone systems and office equipment
- Organizational skills for managing meetings and supplies
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures independently

- In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area
- Advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues

Job Duties
- Greet visitors at the facility entrance and direct them appropriately
- Record visitor arrivals and coordinate with internal team members
- Prepare conference rooms, visitor badges, and meeting materials
- Manage booking of meeting spaces and conference rooms
- Coordinate catering for meetings and events, including setup and cleanup
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls to appropriate departments
- Manage office supply orders and purchasing card reconciliation
- Perform clerical duties related to recurring meetings
- Sort and process incoming business mail
