Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in handling phone systems and office equipment
  • Organizational skills for managing meetings and supplies
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures independently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Effective application of job and company policies and procedures
  • In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently within established procedures
  • Capable of providing guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors at the facility entrance and direct them appropriately
  • Record visitor arrivals and coordinate with internal team members
  • Prepare conference rooms, visitor badges, and meeting materials
  • Manage booking of meeting spaces and conference rooms
  • Coordinate catering for meetings and events, including setup and cleanup
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls to appropriate departments
  • Manage office supply orders and purchasing card reconciliation
  • Perform clerical duties related to recurring meetings
  • Sort and process incoming business mail
