Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience in a receptionist or related role
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage and supervise staff
  • knowledge of security and access control protocols
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • availability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
  • supervise and support reception staff, providing guidance, scheduling, and training as needed
  • manage visitor registration systems, ID badges, and access control processes in compliance with company security protocols
  • coordinate meeting room bookings, catering requests, and facility-related needs through internal systems
  • handle incoming calls, emails, and deliveries efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately
  • maintain a polished and organized reception area that reflects Flik's brand standards
  • collaborate with facilities, catering, and security teams to ensure consistent service delivery
  • prepare and maintain reports on visitor activity, supplies, and reception performance metrics
  • assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members
  • support event coordination, client visits, and VIP hospitality as required
  • continuously identify opportunities for service improvement and implement best practices
