Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
- minimum 8 years of project management experience in hotel or commercial construction
- strong understanding of the hotel design and construction process
- proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent budgeting, sourcing, and negotiation skills
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee design and construction of new hotels
- manage renovation projects for existing properties
- develop and maintain project schedules
