Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant discipline
minimum 7 years of experience in project management within the aviation industry
proficiency in project management software and tools
excellent organizational and planning skills
strong leadership capabilities

knowledge of federal and state aviation regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Organizes cross-functional activities for project coordination
manages development of proposals, project initiation, execution, and closeout
leads marketing, proposal preparation, and client presentations
plans complete project execution and develops project manual
schedules and monitors manpower and budget performance
establishes contractor-client liaison network
monitors project initiation through delivery
forms project work teams and coordinates responsibilities
submits documents for code compliance and permits
holds project progress meetings
ensures regulatory compliance and quality standards
selects and evaluates personnel for efficient operation
