Job Duties
- Prepare and portion a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Follow complex recipes and product directions accurately
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
- Oversee production staff, including training and task assignment
- Attend scheduled shifts on time and maintain satisfactory attendance
- Reduce food waste effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
