Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Airframe and Powerplant License
  • 10 years aircraft maintenance experience
  • Solid understanding of maintenance planning and execution
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

  • 10 years aircraft maintenance experience
  • Solid understanding of maintenance planning and execution

  • Preferred: 5 years heavy aircraft maintenance and production control experience
  • Working knowledge of SCEPTRE

Job Duties

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing overall aircraft check flow
  • Daily management and workflow of aircraft or shop workloads to optimize resources
  • Building task assignments for oncoming shifts
  • Paperwork accountability and regulatory compliance
  • Status reporting and issue resolution
  • Forecasting and planning for necessary headcount
  • Pre-induction preparation and post check analysis including communications with multiple support departments to ensure required resources are available to maintain necessary production
  • Compile, analyze, and report on check performance
  • Manage support shop resources and workload including coordinating shop resources for heavy check and in-service aircraft
  • Manage repair orders and job orders including shop authorization, required resources, and production velocity
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of maintenance documents
