Job Requirements

- Airframe and Powerplant License
- 10 years aircraft maintenance experience
- Solid understanding of maintenance planning and execution
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

- Preferred: 5 years heavy aircraft maintenance and production control experience
- Working knowledge of SCEPTRE
Job Duties
- Responsible for developing, implementing and managing overall aircraft check flow
- Daily management and workflow of aircraft or shop workloads to optimize resources
- Building task assignments for oncoming shifts
- Paperwork accountability and regulatory compliance
- Status reporting and issue resolution
- Forecasting and planning for necessary headcount
- Pre-induction preparation and post check analysis including communications with multiple support departments to ensure required resources are available to maintain necessary production
- Compile, analyze, and report on check performance
- Manage support shop resources and workload including coordinating shop resources for heavy check and in-service aircraft
- Manage repair orders and job orders including shop authorization, required resources, and production velocity
- Ensure regulatory compliance of maintenance documents
