Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years experience as a private jet broker
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience working with ultra high net worth individuals
- Proven ability to manage contracts and negotiate effectively
- Willingness to take initiative and work independently
- Experience in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments

Job Duties
- Receive requests and propose the best aircraft for the trip working closely with partnered suppliers
- Understand trip needs and articulate options to best suit their individual requirements
- Strengthen and expand relationships with suppliers in the United States
- Take full ownership of a request from start to finish ensuring the service is exceptional and seamless
- Manage contract negotiations and agreements
- Take initiative to expand the department by engaging in additional responsibilities
- Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet client demands
