Job Requirements

- At least 2 years experience as a private jet broker
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage contracts and negotiations
- Experience working with ultra high net worth individuals
- Ability to adapt and multitask
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Receive requests and propose the best aircraft for the trip, working closely with partnered suppliers
- Understand trip needs and articulate options to best suit individual requirements
- Strengthen and expand relationships with suppliers in the United States
- Take full ownership of a request from start to finish ensuring exceptional and seamless service
- Manage contracts and negotiate terms
- Take initiative and work on expanding the department by engaging in additional responsibilities
