Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum 3-5 years in stadium, arena, or large venue operations
  • supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
  • knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols
  • proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications

Job Duties

  • Supervise stadium operations including seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and VIP sections
  • ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards
  • coordinate with maintenance, security, and event teams to resolve issues promptly
  • lead and supervise a team of event staff, ushers, and support personnel
  • assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback
  • assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
  • act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during events
  • oversee crowd control, guest services, and emergency response procedures
  • collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution
  • prepare post-event reports detailing staffing, incidents, and operational improvements
  • maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for assigned areas
  • support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to operations
