Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years experience in technical consulting, project management or related roles
- Proven track record running complex technical implementations
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and client stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
- Knowledge of marketing technology tools and platforms
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Job Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in technical consulting, solution delivery, or technical program management
- Experience managing complex technical implementations end-to-end
- Ability to manage partners across departments and leadership levels
- Strong data fluency with skills in SQL and data analysis
- Innovative problem solver with analytical and creative thinking
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of marketing technology stack
- Experience in technical pre-sales role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage delivery of all phases of Amperity pilot projects including requirements gathering, solution design, platform configuration, and end-user enablement
- Oversee multiple concurrent pilot projects with varying complexity and timelines
- Translate client business goals into customized pilot designs that highlight relevant use cases
- Act as a trusted advisor communicating complex technical information to both technical and business audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Consulting, Client Services, Product, and Engineering to ensure pilot success
- Analyze and interpret client data using tools such as SQL to configure the Amperity platform effectively
- Balance precision with speed by determining when solutions meet "good enough" criteria to keep projects moving forward
- Continuously improve pilot processes with an AI-driven approach to increase efficiency and scalability
