Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area
- master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area
- 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition, or online sales
- 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales
- 5 years’ experience managing client accounts
- 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- strong track record of high-level negotiation and relationship management
- experience in marketing, brand advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce sales, digital video sales, and programmatic advertising
- experience managing client direct accounts
- proven strategic advisor with C-level clients
- successful consultative selling history
- strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior
- strong analytical and Excel skills
- ability to apply operational rigor and use technology
- experience in fast-paced sales or online advertising environments
Job Duties
- Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships
- create and present needs-based solutions to RFPs
- reach and exceed sales quotas
- develop and manage short and long-term account plans
- partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives
- prospect and influence executive and day-to-day contacts
- collaborate with measurement partners to measure marketing impact
