Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum of 10 years of experience working in operations or administrative roles, including collaboration with program managers, engineers, and schedule analysts in a DoD acquisition environment
- U.S. Citizenship
- active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and DoD administrative systems
- excellent organizational, communication, and editing skills
- ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- experience supporting event planning and execution and reviewing formal correspondence
- previous experience working with Army acquisition programs or within a PEO structure
- experience preparing briefings for senior DoD leadership (O6/Flag level)
- familiarity with Army and PEO training systems and task tracking tools
Job Duties
- manage and execute day-to-day operations and administrative tasks across the PM C&S organization
- review, edit, and track internal and external staff actions to completion
- coordinate and respond to suspense items, taskers, data calls, and programmatic inquiries
- track mandatory Army and PEO training requirements for military, civilian, and contractor personnel
- plan, develop, and track events such as VIP briefings, mandatory training, and special ceremonies (e.g., retirements, awards, farewells)
- prepare and deliver weekly briefings to the Operations Lead and PM C&S leadership, highlighting key notes and actionable items
- support the preparation, coordination, and delivery of high-level briefings and operational documentation, often under tight deadlines and for Flag Officer or O6-level review
- collaborate regularly with program managers, engineers, and schedule analysts to ensure smooth information flow and task execution
- perform other duties as assigned
