Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- minimum of 7 years experience in product or offering management
- experience in hospitality or related industry preferred
- strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- excellent leadership and team management abilities
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a hybrid setting in Atlanta, GA

Job Duties
- drive BA hospitality roadmap for sub segment/offering to achieve double-digit global growth
- identify and prioritize feature sets within Honeywell products to enhance value proposition for hotel owners and hospitality stakeholders
- lead strategic initiatives impacting revenue growth and competitive positioning
- manage resource allocation and risk across projects to optimize cost-efficiency
- oversee innovation and product development aligned with hospitality market demands
- provide leadership and support development of employees to enhance performance and drive change
