Job Requirements

bachelor’s degree in relevant field
minimum of 7 years experience in product or offering management
experience in hospitality or related industry preferred
strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
excellent leadership and team management abilities
effective communication skills
ability to work in a hybrid setting in Atlanta, GA

Job Duties

drive BA hospitality roadmap for sub segment/offering to achieve double-digit global growth
identify and prioritize feature sets within Honeywell products to enhance value proposition for hotel owners and hospitality stakeholders
lead strategic initiatives impacting revenue growth and competitive positioning
manage resource allocation and risk across projects to optimize cost-efficiency
oversee innovation and product development aligned with hospitality market demands
provide leadership and support development of employees to enhance performance and drive change
