Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- Or two-year degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- Two years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- Ability to conduct daily event space walkthroughs
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Capability to manage budgets and vendor relationships

Job Duties
- Plan and execute meetings and special events
- Implement departmental strategies
- Ensure seamless turnover from sales to operations and vice versa
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of banquet floors for quality and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Manage departmental controllable expenses and budgets
- Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints
