Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid forklift certification
- preferred two years of forklift or tow motor experience
- ability to operate specialized warehouse equipment such as turret clamps and slip-sheet devices
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy materials
- ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- skills in record keeping and basic computer use for inventory management
- ability to work Monday to Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight shift
- compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
- strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement principles

Job Duties
- Accurately locate and load customer product using motorized equipment including forklifts and specialty attachments such as turret clamps and slip-sheet equipment
- count, weigh and record units of materials handled on daily production sheets
- complete order processing tasks such as stenciling, slip-sheeting, shrink wrapping, labeling and consolidating
- assign and verify trailers to docks or yard locations, securing trailers per safety guidelines
- perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance, reporting defects immediately
- prepare trailers by inspecting and cleaning prior to loading
- assist in building and grounds maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safety
- load and unload products using appropriate equipment while maintaining records
- complete paperwork including Bills of Lading, Pick Reports, and Trailer Audits
- complete activity and statistical reports as assigned
- assist in physical inventories and secure facility contents
- perform sanitation and crate assembly duties as directed
- follow mandatory safety instructions and utilize personal protective equipment
- apply continuous improvement and 5S Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and facility maintenance
- meet or exceed company standards in safety, sanitation, quality, productivity, and customer service
