- High school diploma or equivalent
- forklift certification required
- two years forklift and tow motor operation experience preferred
- ability to operate specialized warehouse equipment

Job Qualifications
- Forklift certification
- preferred two years forklift and tow motor experience
- ability to operate sit down and stand up forklifts, tow motor, motorized and non-motorized pallet jacks, clamp, reach and slip sheet equipment
- knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures

Job Duties
- Accurately locate and load customer products by hand and motorized equipment
- count, weigh and record units handled on daily production sheet
- complete order processing including stenciling, slip-sheeting, shrink wrapping, labeling, and consolidating
- assign and verify trailers to dock and yard locations following safety rules
- inspect and maintain tow-motor vehicles and report defects
- prepare trailers by inspecting and cleaning prior to loading
- assist in building and grounds maintenance for safety and cleanliness
- load and unload orders according to policies completing paperwork
- move, stack and stage products with proper documentation
- complete activity and statistical reports
- assist in physical inventories to ensure facility security
- provide sanitation and crate assembly services as directed
- follow safety instructions including use of personal protection equipment
- apply continuous improvement and 5S Lean methodologies for operational efficiency and facility cleanliness
