Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or trade show management
- strong project management skills
- experience with vendor management, contract coordination, and logistics planning

- experience with B2B marketing campaigns including email, webinars, and digital channels

Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end trade show and event planning, coordination, and logistics
- coordinate vendors, contracts, purchasing, booth planning, and execution
- facilitate cross-functional communication, alignment, and approvals
- negotiate and manage relationships with vendors
- calculate return on investment
- process sales leads, system uploading, and assignment
- oversee tracking and reporting of marketing metrics and KPIs including email campaigns, webinars, and website activity
- support B2B communications, email campaigns, and sales collateral materials
- coordinate with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and Sales for lead management and pipeline visibility
- manage contracts, sponsorships, subscriptions, association relationships, procurement, and finance coordination
