Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or trade show management
  • strong project management skills
  • experience with vendor management, contract coordination, and logistics planning
  • knowledge of marketing metrics, ROI analysis, and performance reporting
  • experience with B2B marketing campaigns including email, webinars, and digital channels
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively across teams

  • experience with B2B marketing campaigns including email, webinars, and digital channels
  • excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, commercial excellence, regulatory, and other internal partners

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end trade show and event planning, coordination, and logistics
  • coordinate vendors, contracts, purchasing, booth planning, and execution
  • facilitate cross-functional communication, alignment, and approvals
  • negotiate and manage relationships with vendors
  • calculate return on investment
  • process sales leads, system uploading, and assignment
  • oversee tracking and reporting of marketing metrics and KPIs including email campaigns, webinars, and website activity
  • support B2B communications, email campaigns, and sales collateral materials
  • coordinate with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and Sales for lead management and pipeline visibility
  • manage contracts, sponsorships, subscriptions, association relationships, procurement, and finance coordination
