Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in event marketing and event production
  • experience managing budgets greater than $1 million
  • demonstrated competence in presenting recommendations and gaining alignment with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • familiarity with contracting and accounting processes including negotiating contracts and cost savings
  • excellent time management, resource management, and planning skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate event objectives with overall marketing and business strategies
  • plan and execute various corporate and global events including sales kickoffs and flagship events
  • manage logistics such as venue selection, F&B, AV, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth event execution
  • oversee external keynote speaker research, negotiation, and contract management
  • launch and manage a high-touch executive event program
  • promote events through multiple channels including social media, email, and partnerships
  • develop strategies for enhancing attendee and sponsor engagement including networking and interactive elements
  • define and track key performance indicators to measure event success and guide continuous improvement
  • manage event budgets efficiently and negotiate contracts to maximize resources
  • collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster aligned and successful event initiatives
