Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 plus years of relevant work experience in event marketing and event production
- experience managing budgets greater than 1 million dollars
- strong communication and presentation skills
- proven track record of successful event execution
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- familiarity with contract negotiation and budget management
- excellent organizational and planning skills
- willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- 8 plus years of experience in event marketing and production
- experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- demonstrated ability to present recommendations and gain alignment with leadership and teams
- familiarity with contracting and accounting processes including negotiation

Job Duties
- develop and implement event marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event alignment with marketing and business strategies
- plan, organize, and execute various events including company kickoffs and flagship customer events
- manage event logistics such as venue selection, F&B, and AV
- project manage events with agency partners to ensure brand consistency
- create unique and creative event activations
- research and manage external keynote speakers and negotiate contracts
- launch high-touch executive programs
- collaborate with demand generation teams to promote events and drive attendance
- integrate event promotions into broader marketing campaigns
- develop attendee engagement strategies including interactive and networking elements
- define and track key performance indicators for event success
- analyze event data and feedback for continuous improvement
- manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors
- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align event objectives
